(not a native) I suppose this should be: If everybody just added perfect sentences ...
(since it does not express a wish but a condition)

If everybody just added perfect sentences, this project would never be that interactive and interesting. ->
If everybody just added perfect sentences, this project would never be very interactive or interesting.

Thank you. Unfortunately, the sentence now IS perfect ☹️, isn't it ? 😶. ( #611373 ).

The German and Esperanto translations say "so" (or "this") instead of "very". This isn't quite the same.

In that case, the original with the word "that" would be better.
"Not that interactive" and "not so interactive" have the same meaning.
"Not all that interactive" would be OK, too.
