"Whose is this?"
(Who is this?) "Kiu li estas?"
Are both these translations accurate?

Kiu li estas? = Who is he?

It's indeed not the same as « Whose is this? »

Now who is right? The English sentence or the Esperanto sentence?

By the way, you commented on the Breton sentence which also means « Who is it ? » or « Who is he ? »

Of course, should've written "Who is he?" ^^'
I commented to this sentence, because this ambiguity only rose here.

so, in conclusion, this sentences means "Who is he/it?" and not "Whose is he/it?" ?
