Pharamp: Pourquoi ce ne serait plus une bonne traduction ? En tout cas, ça semble correspondre à la phrase en anglais (à celle en portugais, je ne sais pas).
Comme traduction de la phrase en anglais, « Nous non plus nous n'avons plus d'œufs. » me semble bien (ou : « Nous non plus n'avons plus d'œufs. »)
This sentence sounds weird to me too :S
I can't speak Portuguese, but it's close to Spanish "También estamos sin huevos" - which would be an awkward way of saying "Tampoco tenemos huevos" -.
in that case, I'd vouch for Archibald's translation "Nous non plus n'avons plus d'œufs".
