I don't speak any Choctaw, but do the meanings really coincide? In Klingon 'eH means "Stand by!" or "Attention!" before giving an order. This is also the case for SuH and Su' which have almost the same meaning.

The Klingon Dictionary (sect 5.5) describes all three {SuH, Su', 'eH} as what the speaker would say in preparation for giving an order, equivalent to "Make yourself ready!" However, it also defines {SuH, Su'} as "standing by" which describes the state of the person receiving the order, as in "I'm ready to receive your order". This would correspond with English "I'm ready," Irish "Tá mé réidh," and Choctaw "Ʋm ʋlhtaha."
