Alemão, aqui no Rio de Janeiro, significa

a) descendente de alemães ou pessoa que porta uma cidadania desse país. (I'm German/Sou alemão [já que eu nasci na Alemanha ou tenho cidadania alemã.];

b) pessoa de cabelo loiro - normalmente homens - e com olhos que não sejam pretos ou castanhos {gíria}. Isso é usado, em várias ocasiões, de uma forma negativa. Isto é, pode ocorrer de um brasileiro sendo loiro e de olhos azuis e esteja visitando uma favela ser chamado de "alemão" também;

c) pessoa oriunda do Complexo do Alemão - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Complexo_do_Alemão . É um uso mais raro e muito novo.

Um soldado do BOPE ou policial é chamado de
