Also, das ist jetzt nur als eine Anmerkung und nicht als Aufforderung zum Ändern zu verstehen. Meinem Empfinden nach wird "love (it)" im Englischen viel lockerer gebraucht als im Deutschen, sodass man mit "lieben" nicht unbedingt den Sinn des Satzes trifft.

Im vorliegenden Fall verstehe ich den englischen Satz ungefähr so wie: Mir gefällt ausnehmend, wie du dich kleidest.
Oder weniger geschraubt und salopper: Ich finde es toll, wie du dich kleidest.
Ich behaupte nicht, dass das das Gelbe vom Ei ist. Bei weiterem Nachdenken sind wahrscheinlich noch passendere Versionen zu finden.
