OK, tengo una pregunta ¿ṕor qué lleva tilde?, una de las reglas que
leí en el link que me pasaste decía que las palabras graves no llevaban
tilde si terminan en vocal o en "n" o "s". ¿Qué le pasó a Cervantes en el
oído?

"Oído" es una palabra grave que termina en vocal y, por lo tanto, según la regla, no debería acentuarse, pero se pone tilde, justamente, para marcar gráficamente que se rompe el diptongo entre la "o" y la "i" en este caso.
