Heisei 20 ist japanische Zeitrechnung und entspricht dem Jahr 2008.

Interessant, diese japanische Zeitrechnung wird im deutschen Sprachraum aber sehr selten verwendet, daher würde ich sie in Klammern setzen und die gebräuchliche Schreibweise empfehlen.

Diese allgemeine Formulierung könnte wohl auch fälschlicherweise auf das Ende des Kalenderjahres etc. verweisen - während die englische Formulierung einen konkreten Bezug auf das Schuljahr enthält.
