Laŭ mia scio oni povas diri "mi naskiĝis la 22an de...", sed en tiu ĉi frazo la akuzativo certe ne ĝustus.

Nu ja, en PMEG ekzemple la nomoj de monatoj estas majusklaj.

Sed pri la aserto, ke la frazo devus esti "Mia naskiĝtago estas la 22aN de Marto" mi ankoraŭ ne certas, ĉar sur la paĝo, kiun vi indikis, nur estas listigitaj aliaj formoj.
Ekzemple ankaŭ mi dirus, ke "mi festas mian naskiĝtagon la 22an..." aŭ "mia naskiĝtago okazos la 22an.." ktp. Sed laŭ mia kompreno mia frazo estas aserto de identeco - do mia naskiĝtago estas (identa al) la 22a de Marto.
