This seems like a strange and unlikely imperative sentence.

This is definitely not a full sentence and generally seems like an iffy translation of Japanese.

The Spanish translation of the English says "I suffer of pangs of conscience"
The Spanish translation of the Japanese says "(The) conscience blames the body"

Should the English stay as it is?

The French translation is an imperative.

心の鬼が身を責める

The following web pages have more proverb-like translations.

A mind conscious of guilt is its own accuser.

A guilty conscience needs no accuser.

This is another page, but doesn't really have a good proverb-like translation.

... and a Japanese-only page.
