El uso del adverbio temporal 'ya' en la oración 'Ya sé que eso no es justo.' es deliberado y correcto, y aporta un ligero matiz perfectivo: 'ya tengo conocimiento de ello', 'soy consciente de ello'.
No es estrictamente una traducción literal de la frase original inglesa 'I understand that it's not fair.', que traduce, pero se trata de una fórmula muy utilizada para este tipo de afirmaciones: 'Ya sé que no vino nadie.'; 'Ya veo que no tienes ganas.'
