Unlinked from what? I don't speak Hungarian or Japanese, so I don't know how well it corresponds to those sentences, or whether they could refer to humans, non-human animals, or either.
Note that a sentence can be both natural and derogatory.

I don't know Hungarian, but the Japanese sentence is about people and is non-derogatory.
