It is not grammatically correct. You could say "The reason for my preference for going to Japan" or better "The reason I prefer to go to Japan". Also "are their hardworking and honest personality" is awry. Japan is not not a group of people, so "their hardworking" doesn't agree, and a country can't have an "honest personality".

Perhaps you mean to say: "The reason I prefer to go to Japan is that the people are hardworking and have honest personalities". I have no idea whether that matches the Turkish.

Turkish one matches with the sentence. but "personality" should be "personalities". and "The reason of my prefence of I want to go to Japan" is wrong. I agree with JimBreen.

So sabri3296 doesn't know what is wrong with it and won't fix it...

I'd change it to something in valid English, but I don't know what the Turkish means. How about "The reason I prefer to go to Japan is the people are hardworking and have honest personalities."
