Wieso? Es wurde der englische Satz übersetzt.

Aber das englische 'have lived here' und das deutsche 'habe hier gelebt' sind ein bisschen verschieden... (die Zeiten werden ein bisschen anders verwendet)

Das deutsche 'Ich habe hier seit 1990 gelebt' sagt für mich aus, dass ich jetzt wegziehe. Der englische Satz nicht.

Aber "Ich lebe hier seit ..." kenne ich als "I've been living here for/since ...".
Ist das etwa auch falsch?

@arcticmonkey: Das ist mir schon klar. Es geht ja um dieses "I have lived ...", das ja eine eindeutige Vergangenheitsform darstellt.
Das heißt also, ich muss eine Vergangenheitsform in die Gegenwart übersetzen.
Dies tue ich erstmal nur unter Vorbehalt, bis das mal irgendwie klarer ersichtlich wird.

Habe mich auch selbst nochmal versucht, schlau zu machen. Dank deines Tipps vom Present Perfect.
