Now it doesn't match the Spanish version... In Spanish both verbs are in present. Would it be alright to write "I brush my teeth, I comb my hair"?

added "and now" to make this one sentence. In this case shouldn't there be "I've brushed"?

Hmmm... you're right. They can be both in Present Simple, I think. When both are done regular.

I don't think using a comma like this is grammatical (although it's certainly common). I believe this what a semicolon is for.

Yeah, it's a comma splice. Although it isn't the most egregious grammar error (IMHO) I see no reason why it couldn't just be switched to a ; here.
