And this sentence is a question sentence.
You had better change it as "Pencereyi kapat lütfen." (not to add the same Turkish translations)

I hear you, thanks for the comment, but I have heard sentences like this a lot - a kind of softening of "Pencereyi kapatır mısın" as you might you the word "just" in English. "Would you just close the window please", which with the right inflection softens the instruction. Does it still sound weird to you? If so I suggest we remove the sentence.

Then just put an exclamation mark. It will make this sentence okay.
=> Pencereyi kapatır mısın!

This is a perfectly natural sentence and what "bir" adds to the sentence corresponds to what "just" adds to an English sentence.
Therefore maybe the best thing to do would be not change the sentence, but unlink it, then link to another variant of English, such as "Will you just close the window?"
