Никакого. Изредка используется любителями тарашкевицы.
Есть картографическая латиница, используемая на картах (ну, и на схемах метро ^^"). Но там было бы не «u Biełarusi», а «u Bielarusi» (там не ł/l, а l/ĺ).

I don't think this is really so useful. They can be easily weeded out automatically, if neccessary; why do this by hand?
