Смысл: и кто это будет делать, раз ты не собираешься?

I added an English translation.
Would you say it should be completely different, or can we leave this translation?
If I understood you correctly, you meant:
Who is going to do that/take care of that if you are not going to do that yourself/take care of it yourself?

Yes, your understanding is correct.
I suppose your translations should be tagged literal, since I don't think that's what an English-speaking person would typically say to convey that idea, right?
I think literal translations have their value, too, so I'm okay with them staying. But of course it would be nice to find an idiomatic translation for that.
(ps. why don't you translate it in Hebrew, then, too?)

I waited for your approval. ☺
I'll now add a literal translation into Hebrew as well.

You've tagged the wrong sentence here, Eldad :D

PS. Indeed, it would really be nice to find an idiomatic translation for that. I'll try to look for one, in my own ways.

Sorry... :D
