mi toki ala e toki Wensa. --> mi toki ala lon toki Wensa. / mi toki ala kepeken toki Wensa.

To speak a language X is 'toki kepeken toki X' or 'toki lon toki X'.

To talk about X, is 'toki e ijo (pi)X'.

Also "toki e toki X" is correct in Toki Pona, cf.:
http://tokipona.net/tp/janpije/...essons-tp6.php (search for 'I speak')
But you can of course add your version with "kepeken", too. It's also correct.

Please read this:

The lesson presented below was part of the first Toki Pona course ever to be posted online. I have copied it below merely for historical interest. Beware that because many language features have changed since this lesson was posted, you should seek out more current resources elsewhere if you are studying Toki Pona as it is now used. Also beware that some components of the lessons (e.g., multimedia files, quiz answer sheets) are missing.
