Is "Ile masz lat?" a good translation for "Quanti anni ha?" ? Shouldn't it be "Ile ma lat?" (for "ha") Or "Quanti anni hai?" for "masz" ?

"Quanti anni ha?" means "How old is he?" (as a third person not present) or "How old are you?" (in the polite/formal way).

"Ile masz lat?" means "How old are you?" (how many years do you have?) (in the informal way). So I think it should be unlinked.
