What is the equivalent in other languages?

German - duzen
French - tutoyer
Spanish - tutear
Dutch?
Russian - I guess there is no particular verb for that.
Hebrew - we don't have this phenomenon in the language, but I believe I found a way to translate it properly.

In Russian it's simply "обращаться друг к другу на ты" or "говорить друг другу "ты". Or simply "Давай на ты", "Давай перейдём на ты" if you want to suggest that.
Also there is a rather rude "тыкать", but it can be used only in the rude way: "Ты мне не тычь!", "Не надо мне тыкать!", if you feel offended someone says "ты" to you.

But in English there is no this fenomenon as well...

Yes, "обращаться друг к другу на "вы". There is an ironic word "выкать" as well. For example: "Зачем "выкать"? Давай перейдём на "ты".

I would rather conjugate the spoken verb тыкать (duzen) as a regular verb (не тыкай мне!), as contrasted with the much older verb тыкать (poke, prod) that conjugates both as regular and irregular (не тычь/не тыкай меня!) in modern speech, although you see that the former verb is sometimes conjugated "strongly" by association with the latter (not in my speech however). Note that the former requires Dative, while the latter accords with Accusative, as follows from their meanings.

I don't think выкать is necessarily ironic; since it is a spoken word that does not match the politeness level of вы, however, it will be used ironically, in jest, or not taking it seriously, as in Selena's example, where the speaker suggests changing to familiar register, and using this spoken verb serves to highlight that they would gladly drop the formal tone.

By the way, what do your Hebrew translations mean literally, I'm curious?

In Hebrew, I rendered it as: "You may turn to me using the second person". (In Hebrew it sounds OK, but I'll need to look up this combination on the Web to see whether it has been translated like that in various literary translations).

There is a saying "Ты мне не тычь, я тебе не Иван Кузьмич!". I think both "тычь" and "тыкай" can be used in this meaning. As well as in the meaning "poke" they both fit. "Не тычь пальцем в монитор" vs "Не тыкай пальцем в монитор".
