Looking at this member's English sentences, I would assume that his native language is Czech, and not English. He has Czech listed first of 3 claimed native languages.

I looked at his TED translator profile, he always translates into Czech and only into Czech
His Spanish is also erratic

Goes to show that there's passive fluency and active fluency, and that they're not the same.
