I think it's usually rendered as "Bonam noctem." in Latin

Capitalizing afterwards is easy, so i thinknwe should prefer modern writing.

We nowadays write Latin according to the normal rules of capitalization.

Any other style of rendering Latin sentences (capital letters, no spaces or dots, using V instead of U etc.) can be done automatically, but usually not vice versa in every case.
